Our worker Rosa presented us with this flavor explosion, below is the recipe:
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 large tomato
• ½ green pepper
• ½ red pepper
• 1 chicken broth
Boil 2 large LITORALFISH horse mackerel in water, salt and bay, and leave it to cool.
In a pan with low heat, put the olive oil, the chicken broth and the chopped onion. Braise until the onions are softened and starting to brown.
Remove the bones and shred the horse mackerel, place them in the braised onion and stir.
Put the water and the flour, mix it well, place the braised onions with the horse mackerel and mix it again.
• 500gr of wheat flour
• Olive oil, as needed
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• Cold water, as needed
• 1 egg
Combine the flour, the egg, the baking powder and the water in a bowl and mix it all very well until the pastry gets really firm.
Use the rolling pin until the pastry gets very thin.
Cut with a knife or with a glass and then place the filling.
Deep fry them in 180° frying oil.

Our worker Célia presented us with this delicious recipe, given below:
700gr of skinless black scabbard fish fillets Litoralfish
Salt and ground garlic
150gr of garlic and salsa breadcrumbs
Cut the fillets into pieces and season with ground garlic, lemon and salt, and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.
Deep the fillets in the beaten eggs and the breadcrumbs.
Allow the frying oil to heat up, and fry the fillets.
Serve with carrot or tomato rice and a good salad!
